By accessing rootedrichluxury.com or creating an account, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or purchase from Rooted Rich Luxury.

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that are used fraudulently.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated. Taxes and duties are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Payment is processed by our payment providers. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full amount.

Each collection is released as a chapter and is not restocked once it sells through. Early access windows are limited and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Stock is allocated only when an order is successfully placed.

Shipping times and costs are shown at checkout. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached. Final-sale and made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return.

All content on this site — including the Rooted Rich Luxury name, logo, designs, photography, copy and code — is owned by or licensed to Rooted Rich Luxury and protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any part of the site without our prior written consent.

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to disrupt service, bypass security, scrape content, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

We may restrict or terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Rooted Rich Luxury will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any product purchased through it.
